Tom began sailing at age 8 at Stony Lake Yacht Club. By 2011, he joined the Canadian Sailing Team in the Laser Class, then transitioned to Finn, winning the North American Championships in 2015 and competing in the 2016 Olympics. He continued in Finn until 2021, achieving top- ten finishes, including 10th at the 2020 Olympics and earning the 2018 Canadian Rolex Sailor of the Year award.

Bill swiftly rose through the ranks in the Royal Canadian Yacht Club's junior sailing program, eventually representing Canada at the 2005 ISAF Volvo Youth Worlds. He later excelled in 49er sailing, becoming a three-time Canadian National Champion and the 2009 49er North American Champion. He won the 2018 Melges 24 North American Tour and securing Line Honours and 1st IRC Overall in the 2019 Peters & May Around Antigua Race.
Hometown: Newport Beach, California
Hailing from Southern California, Kinney began sailing Naples Sabots at age eight. He returned to sailing after college represented the US in the 2013 Red Bull Youth America's Cup. Kinney holds records in the Pacific Cup and San Diego to Puerto Vallarta races aboard Rio100s. He is also a frequent competitor in the M32 and Melges 32 circuits, having even secured a 2016 world championship title.
Hometown: English Harbor, Antigua & Victoria, British Columbia
Jareese began sailing Optimists when he was four years old and by seven was sailing Lasers at a national level. He began sailing professionally at 23 and has been his career and passion ever since. Jareese is heavily involved in the Maxi 72 and TP 52 Classes, as well as 100-foot maxis and Volvo 70s.
